Please share the following information with your members as you wish. I 
wanted to advise you that at this time the Northern Florida Section has 
activated the ARES Net on 3.950 Khz for Tropical Storm Elsa. NFL and WCF 
have members activated in various roles, so the NFL SEC requested the 
activation of the HF Net to provide any communications support that is 
needed. They are lining up stations for NCS duties, so if you want to 
fulfill that role, let net control know when you check in. Feel free to 
listen, check in when requested and assist net control if needed.

Also, there is and has been an open net activated on SARNET most of the 
day and it continues at this time. There is a net control assigned and 
you should only participate if you have pertinent information to provide 
or are requested to provide information. Let me know if you have any 
questions or concerns. Thank you for all that you do for ARES and the
