*FIRST X-FLARE OF SOLAR CYCLE 25: *On July 3rd, for the first time in 
almost 4 years, the sun produced an X-class solar flare. This is an 
important milestone. X-flares are the most powerful kind of explosion on 
the sun, responsible for the deepest radio blackouts and the most
