[SFDXA] 2022 Dues

Howdy DXers,

After much discussion with the Board of Directors, we have decided to 
continue with the current discounted dues of $10.00 for full membership 
and $5.00 for associate membership per year for 2022.

Since Dan AI4CJ is recovering and he has agreed to continue as our 
Treasurer, please send your dues to him.

At this point I want to openly express my wholehearted thanks to Dan for 
his service to our club.

Let's look forward to a much better 2022.
