I have received some constructive discussion regarding holding the 
meeting this Wednesday.

Some involving Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype and others.  in the essence 
of time, We will stick to the meeting over the repeater.

The announcement is forthcoming.  I am also sending the agenda to the 
Board of Directors for review.

I understand that some may have problems getting into the repeater.  In 
that case, just shoot me an email and I will announce that you are in 
the meeting.  Hopefully you can hear the repeater and are listening in! ;-)
