*A 'RADIO-ACTIVE' SUNSPOT FROM THE NEXT SOLAR CYCLE:* A new sunspot is 
emerging in the sun's southern hemisphere. Its magnetic polarity 
identifies it as a member of new Solar Cycle 25. Although the spot is 
relatively small, it is also dynamic, and has produced one of the first
