Randy,
I think that the SFDXA should buy a subscription to Zoom. I think that it is 
$149 for the year. Our club can afford it, and you can spend that amount from 
the president's budget.
"The President shall have the authority to spend up to $250.00 per
quarter for operational and/or SFDXA project expenses without
prior approval of the FULL members. The Board of Directors shall
have the authority to spend up to an additional $250.00 per quarter
for operational and/or SFDXA project expenses without prior
approval of the FULL members."
