Congratulations to Al Black, N2DUI, for earning the 2018 Teacher of the Year 
Award for the Department of Corrections, and for the Nomination for Florida 
Teacher of the Year. Congratulations also to his 100 GED high school diploma 
graduates. Al is making a dramatic and positive result for them, and for the 
community.
