*SIGNS OF LIFE FROM THE NEXT SOLAR CYCLE:* The sun is currently in the
pits of a century-class Solar Minimum. However, the quiet won't last
forever. This week, a sunspot from new Solar Cycle 25 appeared on the
sun and unleashed a minor solar flare. These are signs that Solar Cycle
25 is sputtering to life, heralding a new Solar Max in the years ahead.
