Correction: The news item captioned below, which appeared in yesterday's update, is incorrect.

"FCC Seeks $70 Fee for Amateur Vanity Calls - 2019 regulatory fees proposal includes $7 annual fee for vanity calls; $70 over 10-year license term" 
The table on which it was based was part of a multi-page segment that read several pages earlier that "this section is no longer in effect." There is NO current proposal to re-impose fees for new or renewed amateur vanity calls.
