Hi Dave
I remember that! We also were required to keep a log b ook and log EVERY 
transmission.
The reflector stripped off the gif graphic, but you can find it here:

operate "below 5 MHz and above 25 MHz for three months, and log 50 or more contacts"
Pretty stiff for a newbie. Well maybe not so tough today with FT8.
