[SFDXA] Bouvet refunds

Thanks to all who responded.  I have received a number of comments from both 
SFDXA and DCARC club members.

Both Clubs made donations.  Choice #2 was unanimous.

Every response was to give the funds to those who spent so much of their own 
money to undertake this adventure.

I will contact Bob, K4UEE and let him know of our clubs' wishes.
