[SFDXA] web sdrs

I think the network of kiwi SDRs is better� �(sdr.hu). I have been 
online with a kiwi sdr for a couple of years now and it is widely used 
by amateur radio operators.
Sometimes I shut it down during contest to prevent cheating.
