[SFDXA] John Attaway K4IIF SK - More

John  Attaway,  K4IIF,  then  the  DX  Editor  of  CQ
Magazine,  came  up  with  the  DX  Hall  of  Fame
proposal some thirty years back. John then thought
there were some really outstanding Dxers out there
who should be recognized. This thinking led to the
Hall of Fame Award, possibly the most rare of all
the DX awards and through rare, it is still with us
today and still recognizes outstanding Dxers
