Interesting reading.
Please note the error in the RTTY Figure at the bottom left of page 3.
In the USB the +2125 Hz should be labeled "SPACE", and the +2295 Hz should be 
labeled "MARK".
No matter how you generate RTTY, the "MARK" tone is always at a higher RF 
frequency than the "SPACE" tone.
That is why in MMTTY you select "rev" (reverse) when using upper SSB for RTTY.
