Hello All,
Today, around 1612-1615Z, a couple spots (announcements) appeared on the DXsummit website, 
announcing beginning of the 3Y0I operation. Having heard nothing for months, nor seeing any 
planning going on, I haven't even been conscious of Bouvet lately. I googled the call and found 
some late breaking news of what appears to be a small Norwegian group that recently 
assembled in ZS land, intent on pulling this off with Zodiac(s) instead of a helicopter. 
The announced time of beginning is 0000Z, tonight, I think!
