[SFDXA] Tower/Guy project at FMC

Today we have finished moving the guy wires for both tower son the roof of FMC. 

All are secure and the terminations are several feet above the existing roof. 

This should allow for any work to be done by the roofing company without interference to the tower/guy systems.

We still have antennas to erect onto the shorter tower.  These are replacement antennas for damage done by Hurricane Irma, the TH-11 and the Waller Flag/6 meter yagi.

We will try to complete this work before the roof is covered, or after the roof is complete and secure to walk on

I will try to determine timing from the roofers on this matter.
