Status of Upcoming Ham Radio Deluxe Release

I wanted to give everyone an update on the progress of our current
development cycle.

It was my intention to have a release out by the end of February. But
we've added some scope to the release to pick up support for the Icom
IC-7610.  Additionally, we have included corrections to Icom CI-V,
column sorting on LOTW received date, Logbook unexpected exit, Access
issues that cause awards report totals to be zero, fixes for TS-480, and
several other things.

I expect that we will deliver a beta release to our testers by week's
end.  I'll allow one week for testing and would then expect a public
release around March 11.  That's the plan.

The full list of current development and release notes from previous
releases can be found at http://ReleaseNotes.Ham-Radio-Deluxe.com

As mentioned previously, aside from a release blackout period between
November 1st and January 1st, we expect to have 8 or 9 releases each
year.  (Last year there were 9 releases with 150 changes.)

Team Update

We have dedicated a developer to the Satellite Tracking application, and
another to the Rotor Control application.  These two developers will
work through the existing development backlog on these two applications.

We have four other developers working on Rig Control, Logbook, and DM-780.
