Hi Rich, thanks for letting me know.
Looks like the direct download of "Break-In"  is not accessible outside NZ. Try:
    http://www.nzart.org.nz/h-quarter/break-in/
and click on the "click to read" icon to download the PDF.
Then go to pp 28-30.

The 4 covers of that sandwich this  issue are the original 4-page Vol #1 issue #1.
