*Classified but it is interesting. I got it from a ham who worked for the 
"State Department" in Guantanamo Bay. There was a terrorist prisoner who 
resisted interrogation even with the infamous water boarding. No matter 
what they did, he wouldn't talk. No forms of torture worked. It was the 
weekend of CQWW SSB. They took the prisoner down the KG4 radio club and 
put him on 20 meter SSB with only low power. Within 20 minutes he 
started confessing. *
