I've mailed an election ballot to your address of record in The SFDXA membership 
list.
The President, Vice-president, Treasurer, and Secretary are running unopposed, 
so in the absence of opposition they are presumed elected by the unanimous 
consent of the Full Members.
There are 5 persons running for 4 Directorships.
There are three areas of proposed changes in the By-Laws. The Officers and 
Directors urge that you approve all of the changes.

Your official ballot contains a Stamped and Addressed reply envelope - it can't 
get any easier to vote!
