[SFDXA] Ballots

When talking to Kai, KE4PT yesterday, he told me that he has received very few ballots for the 2018 officers, Directors and By-law changes. 

If you have received a ballot and not returned it, even though we gave you an envelope with a stamp on it, PLEASE RETURN IT SOON !

If we do not receive enough ballots, the election will be void and we will have to do it all over again at the cost of another $100+ for printing and postage, not to mention all the time it took Kai to prepare the ballots.
