Some confusion over Deleteds.  K3UR has the history of the DXCC Honor
Roll in the July 2013 "How's DX?"  Deleteds started in 1962 and
'sometime after that', HR status was conferred when your total got to
at least X - 9 where X is the number of current (not deleted)
entities.  Still that way now, but a few minutes ago, the number of
current entities when from 340 to 339, so anyone with 330 or more
*current* entities is on the HR.  Challenge is the same way - only
current entities count.

But your *DXCC* total doesn't change when an entity is put on the
deleted list, only your position on the Honor Roll.  If you had 350
entities yesterday, including Kingman Reef, you still have 350
entities today.  One of them just moved to the "DL" ...
