[SFDXA] Skype Group for SFDXA Full Members

As I reminder, the Skype Group for SFDXA Full Members is active and 
available as a Membership Benefit. The Group is active when the DX is 
active much the same way the repeater is when the Rare ones are "on the 
air". Norm described this very well in his presentation at the last meeting.

It is pretty much solely for sharing DX Activity on a Real Time Basis 
with those in a similar Propagation area or Region. The DX Clusters even 
with filtering aren't nearly as good as sharing information with those 
of a like mind for DX, in the same area of Propagation.
