Sorry about the elongated reply to just a small portion of your concerns ...

I'll address a couple of your items, that are function of the Club Secretary:
*Club treasurer's report are posted* is in the *SFDXA meeting reports/minutes*:

*The club roster is at*:   www.qsl.net/k4fk/Members.htm  [info updated by the 
treasurer, posted by the sec'y]
The list has*live links to member email addresses*, and *live links to the 
member qrz.com web pages*.
- No more begging for member DXCC or page updates, it is the members, 
responsibility to update  personal page,
   for example, click on W4QN to see your personal page: http://www.qrz.com/db/w4qn
- You, and other members, get the privilege of maintaining your personal page if 
you all want one, and to post
    links there to any other personal web page. The burden is on the member.
*Presentations page*: www.qsl.net/k4fk/presentations.htm contains live links to 
reduced-size PDFs (mostly)
of SFDXA presentations, and selected member publications. I can add a link to 
the *secure Yahoo page* of
your latest presentation if you want. The presentations page is proving popular 
with many SF hams, and
is a great advertisement for our club.
Also,*no more begging for members' DX stats*. Simply click on the ClubLog logo, 
which go to the SFDXA
ClubLog page:   www.clublog.org/league.php?club=121
There you can view SFDXA member DXCC statistics. It is the member's 
responsibility to keep their info
current on ClubLog.

With my streamlined web procedure, I am able to update all meeting info within a 
few hours, and often before the
meeting ends.

Once Sebastian goes "live" with the new web pages (very elegant, great 
structure, great visual impact), the
Secretary will still upload the minutes, membership live-list, and the 
presentations page with its links - all very low
maintenance - and the new Sebastian pages already link to the SFDXA ClubLog page 
for member stats.

Who ever takes on the rather labor intensive task of maintaining the Yahoo 
pages, definitely exclude my
personal info by limiting it to what is available on the SFDXA pages. I don't 
want additional info posted
on Yahoo or anywhere else. Thank you.
