[SFDXA] Every Time Zone

Thanks Bill,
That one resonates!  My daughter in NZ is either 16, 17, or 18 hours ahead 
depending on the exact day/hour of the year. That makes scheduling calls with 
her tricky, given our local commitments. We have Standard + Daylight Savings, as 
do NZ-ders, but the 4 time-change boundaries in a year do not line up, and worse 
yet, those dates and times vary  around +/- 5 days depending on the year, and 
are subject to the whims of local politicians!

Aren't you glad we all use UTC? Same everywhere on Earth, year-round!
