[SFDXA] BBSO Solar Activity Warning 04-FEB-2016 17:51:23 UT

Solar activity is moderate. A new region emerged late yesterday
SE of disk center. This region has grown rapidly and is now
beta-gamma-delta class. Several C-class flares have been observed
from this region, and growth is continuing. Further C-class flares
are expected and an M-class flare is likely.  Unnumbered region,
S11 E16 (X=-265,Y= -85).  Position as of 15:30 UT.
