QEX Celebrates 300th Issue

The January/February 2017 issue of QEX: A Forum for Communications Experimenters 
marks an exciting milestone for the publication. Launched in December 1981 as a 
16-page newsletter, QEX is now considered the finest ham radio technical 
magazine available.
The entire QEX issue #1 is reproduced in this 300th issue.
