[SFDXA] Battery powered personal tower ascender

Back in the mid 1980s I got in on a tour of the Gannett tower in Ojus (County 
line), once billed as the highest total EIRP of any tower in the world, with its 
multiple TV and FM stations on board. We rode three at a time up that tower to 
the highest maintenance deck, just a below the antenna level. Fun looking 
DOWNWARD at airplanes on approach to Ft Lauderdale airport!
