This is my version of HB9BZA's <http://www.hb9bza.net/lotw-users-list> 
LoTW <https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/default?awg_id=&ac_acct=> Users 
List with the following difference: It adds the date the callsign was 
last uploaded to LoTW. /Only callsigns with confirmed LoTW uploads are 
added to this list./

Typically, new callsigns are added every day. Existing callsigns are, 
currently, updated once a month in rotation: the total number of 
callsigns / number of days in the month are the number of callsigns 
updated daily. *Last additions to the list: Wednesday, November 18, 20
