I just sent an email to Senator Nelson asking him to reconsider his position 
regarding S. B. 1685, and vote YES, when it comes to the floor.  I reminded 
him of the voluntary services that we provide in cases of emergencies.  His

I'm going to email Senator Rubio, asking him to support us and halt 
campaigning for a day, and appear at the Capitol to vote YES.
