I asked Dennis Rodman to help us, but he didn't seem to grasp the concept
of ham radio. He has a condo next door to a friend of mine in Fort
Lauderdale and I see him a couple of times a year - their rooftop decks
adjoin. So I just asked him if he could intervene.
After his comments about his last trip and that movie, I doubt that he's
going back.
But if 3Z9DX has a visa, and has worked out the licensing issue, I see no
reason that this might not happen.
I'm very surprised that a NATO nation citizen can traverse the government
bureaucracy in P5 to get this done.
And he is a brave soul to go there, to operate, and to believe he will get
his radios back!
