[SFDXA] [FCG] OZ1AA and his bicycle tour around the world

I live just west of Fort Lauderdale and it would be great to meet Thomas on
Saturday or Sunday. I've been following his journey since I found his
report about operating from Peru and Bolivia about a year ago. I will be
going to La Paz in a few weeks and hope to work from the same station.
Perhaps we can send him on his way north with a hearty breakfast or lunch,
or pump him full of enough beer to keep him here an extra day.
