[SFDXA] FW: PY0F/PP1CZ Fernando de Noronha

I worked him last year when he was there in a similar situation, and needed the Q on 12 meters.  He does ClubLog OQRS, and gets the card out quickly, but it must have to float down the amazon to get to an airport, because I just got it yesterday, almost exactly 60 days after it was mailed.  Leo warned me about this, so he has a good handle on how things work in his neck of the woods.
