Thanks Pete, that is a very well written article!  As I mentioned before, privacy and or security is a thing of the past, there is nothing you can do about it.  

There are many things which negate your ‘privacy’.   One that I neglected to mention is your cell phone.  Even if you have an old basic cell phone that doesn’t have internet access, from the moment you turn it on, to the moment you turn it off, your carrier (and perhaps the federal government), know exactly where you are, where you have been, and where you are going.
