Vant,

Only Idaho is doing that, and they are not uploading to the LOTW, only to 
the Clublog, and not all logs have been put in there.  I have Tuesday night 
QSOs that did not make it into Clublog.  I talked to Mark, W7MEM, and he 
said that their system was not perfect, when he asked why I was making a 
dupe QSO on 12 M SSB...  We also had a 2 Meter EME QSO today !  He wanted to 
know if I wanted to try 6 meters  LOL !

The ARRL does not want logs every day, as I did back in February.  That got 
very confusing for them.  They want them all at the end of the week.

I guess I am behind the times, but I just noticed that the Centennial
stations are uploading everyday.  We waited until the end before
uploading.  Now you can check which bands were missed and make another
contact.  I hope this continues.
