[RESEND at the request of SFDXA members at tonight's club meeting...]
K4ZW has scheduled a Topband webinar for Thursday, September 11 at 9 PM EDT
(Friday, September 12 at 01 UTC). The subject is: "A Long Overdue Review
of Gray Line Propagation on the Low Bands." It is being presented by the
World Wide Radio Operators Foundation and presenter K9LA. He will trace the
origin of (knowledge of) gray line propagation and theorize on a problem
with the current explanation that propagation along the terminator is
efficient. He will provide an alternative explanation.

Note: It is likely that the "alternative explanation" for gray line
propagation is the one that Ed (N4II) discussed in his VK9CZ presentation to
the SFDXA last year. In any event, this webinar is sure to be worth the
time of every low-band DXer.
