[SFDXA] DX Code Of Conduct

I always appreciate these reminders.


Seems a lot of them are encouraging #5 by not calling between QSO's.

As to #2, I have called several times this weekend, but gave up because of
#4,5,7,8, and 9.

And #11 I probably violated a few times, because I just wasn't sure they had
it right due to all of the above.

Real circus out there.
