[SFDXA] BBSO Solar Activity Warning 22-OCT-2014 17:09:54 UT

Solar activity is high.  Region NOAA 12192 produced an X1.6 flare at 14:02 UT
today.  Two M-class flares were observed overnight from this region.
An M1.4 flare was also observed from a region beyond the SE limb
near S11  at 15:51 UT today.  Region NOAA 12192 has continued to grow.
The main positive and negative portions have continued to separate,
but new flux is emerging between them and at other locations in the
active region.  An additional X-class flare is likely and an M-class
flare can be expected from region NOAA 12192.  A further M-class
flare is possible from the region beyond the east limb.
