[SFDXA] BBSO Solar Activity Warning 04-NOV-2014 22:33:56 UT

Solar activity is high.  A new region at the NE limb has produced
three M-class flares since the last report.  This region now appears to
be beta-gamma-delta class.  An X-class flare is possible in this region,
and M-class events are likely. Unnumbered region, N16 E76 (X=-904,Y= 251).
