Today is Armed Forces day cross band test -  One week earlier then the 
official day which is next weekend.   Dayton Hamfest is next week and 
that is the reason they hold this event today.

This is an annual event.  You can talk with MARS operators around the 
world. Army, Air Force, and NavyMarineCorps Mars.
