Found this in the ARRL Weekly DX report, I have not read all the way through, but it looks good. And it's a free PDF download!

Dave K1TTT has released the 30th anniversary edition of his 700-page+book on building a superstation, including lots of pictures of towers and antennas as well as other stuff. The e-book version is free, but you have to pay for printing and shipping for the paperback version.
