[SFDXA] SPAM-LOW: Re: ClubLog - uploads needed

When I download a LOTW "report" to update my log, I choose the "full" option. I 
then turn around and upload that report to ClubLog. Really easy, convenient, and 
keeps the "freshness" counter on ClobLog happy.
