[SFDXA] Carolina DX Club ties SFDXA for first place in ClubLog Club League standings

SFDXA's long run in sole possession of first place in the Club League has come to an end.  We have been tied by the Carolina DX Association, both of us have 308 average DXCCs.  The two clubs have pulled well ahead of third place, where there is a 3-way tie at 293.  See

We had been in first place since 2012, and in September 2013 we led Carolina 306 to 301, but since then Carolina has been steadily closing the gap.  The North Jersey DX Association had once been battling with us for first place, but they have now dropped down to 18th place.  I noticed in the latest standings that a lot more foreign clubs are climbing up the board -- the Hungarian ARS is tied for 3rd place, and Ukrainian and German clubs are on the rise.
