RF Concepts makes and markets one of the flagship brands in amateur 
radio, the Alpha line of power amplifiers. Started by Dick Ehrhorn, 
W4ETO back in the early seventies, the company went through several 
owners before joining the RF Concepts family. With the recent purchase 
of the Ten-Tec corporation, RF Concepts now owns two iconic American 
brands in ham radio.

the facility. Ken is a hands-on manager who oversees the entire 
operation in Longmont and is both a technologist and a businessman. The
