[SFDXA] Miami Hamboree Next Friday January 31st and Saturday February 1st

The ARRL Sanctioned Miami Hamboree is next weekend. Friday it opens at 12 Noon - 6PM and Saturday at 9AM - 6PM. This years Grand Prize was supplied by Icom.

The South Florida DX Association is participating and planning on a great time.


The SFDXA will have booth where Members and All Hams gather and can find information on how to Join. We will assist those with interest in DX and Antenna Questions. 


ARRL DXCC Card Checking Will Be Available.

The SFDXA Forum will be at 1:00 PM Saturday. Our Guest Speakers will be Dan Henderson N1ND and Dan Street K1TO.

Dan Henderson N1ND will update us on ARRL events and current DX Information.

Our Featured Guest Speaker will be Dan Street K1TO. Dan is a well know contester and competitor. Experienced contesters know his call sign well, especially his World Radiosport Championship Three Time Winner with teammate N5TJ and Two Sweepstakes wins. Dan will speak to us about his recent Operation from A4 and update us on the upcoming Radiosport WRTC event.

There will be Door Prizes at the SFDXA Forum...Supplied by Mike's Electronics Ft Lauderdale, ARRL and others.


Saturday immediately after the Hamboree the SFDXA will be hosting an informal Dinner at the Las Vegas Restaurant which is right down the street from the Hamboree. Sign Up and Directions will be at the SFDXA Tables.Last year the Dinner was well attended and we hope to see more of you this year.
