[SFDXA] DX DInner

If I make Dayton this year, I will not attend the SWODXA DX Dinner. Not 
because a boycott, but because last year the DX was good but the Dinner was 
horrible!  The chicken was hard to swallow  (and very expensive).

If my memory is not failing, the SWODXA dinner used to be called the DX 
Banquet.  -- I attended the very first Banquet or Dinner.  May be Don 
Search --who was there-- has a better memory than me.
