Ed, KN4KL, and Bill W4WV, are believe it or not, putting W1AW/KG4 on the air from Guantanamo Bay!  This operation will take place during the week of 26 Feb - 4 March.  As far as I know, there has never been a portable callsign authorized by the Navy for use from GTMO.  TNX to K9VV for the help in putting us in touch with Bill and Ed.
