[SFDXA] DX Announcements on the DX Repeater 147.33+ PL 103.5

This is old for most, but for those new to calling in DX on the Repeater:

Announce "DX"
Then give the DX call with phonetics twice...
Then the frequency twice...
The the callsign again without the phonetics...
Then the frequency again...
Then sign off with your call sign...

There's no need to say "for anyone that is interested", Everyone is, 
thats why we have a DX repeater hi...
There may be variations on this, use what ever format you like but give 
ALL the information. Madagascar is on ten meters or Honduras on 28450 
isn't enough information.

This way anyone listening should not have to ask for repeats or the full 
callsign.
Old news for many but a quick Primer for new DXers.
