You can find most land development/zoning laws in the USA at municode.com.
The files are in searchable PDF format.  keyword are amateur, antenna, tower, antenna support.
Don't forget accessory use.
 
Also, you need to know if property is within any city limit - they have VERY different rules - example St Lucie county is tolerant but the city of Port St Lucie has a limit of around 35 feet.

Can anyone living in St. Lucie or Martin Counties tell me where to find information/ordinances/restrictions related to amateur radio antennas?  I checked their sites on the Internet but could not find any information.
