Mike,

I have  51,522 QSO records on LOTW and I have 16,128 QSL records  for a 
percentage of 31%

38% is high, from what I hear from others.

BTW,  I worked 395 in the CQWW RTTY test this weekend, and have 105 confirms 
on LOTW already.

Contesters usually upload within a few days of the contest,  especially now 
that CQ requires the on line logs within 5 days of the contest.

Just a few numbers to add into the mix.

Interesting statistic on the QSL rate of return for LOW;  I have a 38%
return rate on LOW for my station....
